Exchanges:
If you order an incorrect product, we are glad to help you exchange
your item(s).
However, all exchanges must receive approval within 10 days from receipt of
goods. Exchanges without an RA number will not accepted.
Even though we want you to be happy with your purchase and with our
service. Any package sent to us without a valid number will be
refused. Making exchanges takes money, time, and effort. For this reason
we have the following guideline's for exchanges. These include exchange fees
that cover shipping the product back to you, our time, other resources, and
cost of shipping your order back to our distributors. To save you money we
strongly suggest trying the product on before placing your order.

Items not covered by the above categories will be charged a general
$15 fee.
Exchange Guidelines:
All merchandise returned must be in original, new, unused,
unworn condition and must include all original undamaged packaging including
protective covers and all tags, instructions, and other items that may have
been attached to the merchandise.
Again, please do not damage the packaging or remove the tags and/or
protective coverings from your merchandise until you've determined that it's
the right size. Not following these guidelines this may result in
extra charges.
Please be sure to insure all packages returned, as we're not
responsible for goods received damaged. Damaged goods become the
property of the buyer if not shipped in a safe method. Any returns
shipping cost due to damaged items are the responsibility of the buyer.
Should you need to exchange for an item of lesser value; If the
difference in price between the new item and the exchanged item is greater than
$45 then the entire difference will be given as an in-store credit.
Special Orders, Close-Outs, electrical/lighting and fiberglass/body parts
are not returnable/exchangable. Please be sure you want those items before
ordering!!!
Returns:
US Superbikes.com will not accept returned goods without a valid RA
number.

Requests must be made within 10 days from receipt of goods.

Refused orders or Returns made without exchanges shall be subject to
a 20% restocking fee + any handling or processing fees*.

Merchandise must be returned pre-paid. We can not accept
any returns sent COD. Nor can we refund shipping charges for any return
or exchanges.
All returned merchandise must be in its original, new,
unused, unworn condition, and include the original undamaged packaging,
attached tags, instructions, etc..
Please follow these guidelines as they will help avoid possible unnecessary
charges.

Installed/Opened Exhausts are not returnable nor exchangable ALL defects are handled by the manufacturer.
All returns/exchanges must be received within 10 business days from
the date the RA is issued!
Any returned items that do not follow the most general guidelines will be
returned and no credits will be issued.
Order Cancellations or Changes:
Should you need to cancel your order with us or change an item
after your order has been placed, please be aware that in some situations items
have to be ordered from our distributors. Once your item has processed and
shipped to us from the distributor or manufacturer, we can not stop it! Any
cancellation at this point is subject to the above return policy. Size changes
made after ordering will be subject to the appropriate exchange fee.
Please be sure you want something before you order it!
Backorders require at least half down with the remainder due on arrival at US
Superbikes.com. If you agree to a backorder, we charge at least
half of the item as a non-refundable deposit.
In the event a backorder is canceled, this deposit will be retained as an in
store credit.
Defective Merchandise:
Defects are warranted by the manufacturer and not US Superbikes.com.
Defective returns/exchanges are subject to approval by the manufacturer.
Shipping charges on defective merchandise are not refundable!
Shippings:
Shipping for all orders is based on the order weight, the destination Country and Postal Code. For International Orders, shipping options are UPS or USPS. For international orders that desire USPS, until we have USPS rates listed with the UPS options, please specify USPS in the comments box when checking out and we will refund the difference in the paid UPS rate verses the USPS rate.

* All returns and related fee's are handled on a case by case basis. While we do not like to charge restocking or processing fees, some times they are nescessary due to the fees we are charged by our suppliers and financial instituions.
